I had a few requests for the Taco Salad we had at Frank's Open House...
Allison Hepper's "Feed the 10,000 Taco Salad" (I came up the name myself)
1 large bag Salad Mix
4 Tomatoes diced
1-2 Cups cheddar cheese
1 onion chopped
1 large can kidney beans, drained
1 c chopped olives
1 bag Fritos Corn Chips (I use the chili cheese. Tortilla chips may be substituted)
1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 package taco seasoning (I usually use more)
1 8 oz. bottle of Catalina salad dressing
Combine all the ingredients and enjoy. Feeds 15 to 20 people.
