why is it the holidays seem to bring about unexpected deaths? i loved eartha kitt. i loved her as catwoman. when she was on it was always a treat for me...didn't see that many sexy black women on tv when i was a kid. and she was just wow. she stayed classy all of her days. i was reading her bio a few months ago. she had an amazing life...

Well, damn. Another person has passed away that brought me great joy when I was a kid...and even now. Her passing has brought on the end of a era. She's one of the reason that I love all things Midcentury, Art Deco, and that old Hollywood glamour... Well, this just sucks. I know she was old but it just sucks.
