When I worked in an office, the log in for our system was the first five letters of your first name and the last two of your last. My maiden name was Wayman, so hence, Shannwa. It made a kind of cool word and one of my co-workers (who also happens to be one of my best girlfriends...LOVE you, Mesha) started calling me that. It stuck and now a lot of people actually call me shannwa. Wow, that was longer than I thought.
o five things you want to do/accomplish before you die:
Lose 50 lbs.; get my college degree; have another baby; take good care of my husband and house; learn to spend time doing things that are JUST FOR ME. (pretty lame goals, I know, but that's okay...)
o what makes you happy:
Hearing Jacob laugh or say Ma-ma
o what have you been listening to lately:
Not much in the way of music, lately, we play country music in the baby's room at night when he sleeps. So I guess I hear that over the monitor
o do you enjoy reading my LJ:
I do. I really do.
o if so, why:
I like feeling connected to my friends and you, Miss Kara, are definitely one of my friends. It's also a great way to keep up with what's going on in your life.
o interesting fact about you:
Sadly enough, I can't think of one right now...I'll have to come back to this...Okay, I'm completely obsessive/compulisve about the way I organize things, and I can crochet any stitch that you put in front of me.
