Sally arrived via Illyana's teleportation. Which was good as it meant no having to help set up and the whole running late thing didn't matter either. She dropped her things off in her room, smiling at the note on the door that designated it as 'Sally's room', before skipping down to the party below.

It was nice being back at the Keep. This old building had been a refuge last year when Sally really needed it. Now she wanted to find Terry and the birthday crew and let her worries go away.

Jean-Paul is lucky he didn't get propelled backwards by Sally's shield. A few years ago and he would've been but she has much better control over it now so she reciprocates the hug and kiss.

"That's cause I'm FAMILY," she teases. "Terry told me so. And 'sides, you're getting your own room. FAR FAR away from us!"

You should always invite the bad fairy to your parties - if you don't she gets pissed and curses the birthday boy/girl and then you wind up with thorns and eternal sleeps and dragons and all SORTS of trouble.

Illyana was invited. So that's at least one horrible crisis averted.

She stays off to one side, watching everyone else and sometimes pulling at her sleeves - not quite a teenager but not quite ageless, she's never very good in social situations.

Sally is carrying glasses of some raspberry punch thing when she finds Illyana again.

"I brought you something to drink!"

Sometimes Sally can be very obvious. It's part of her charm. Sort of.

"Are you gonna be staying over cause I totally have room in my room. We could have a sleepover!"

Illyana accepts the drink and smiles.

"Oh, I would not want to intrude on the time you have with Terry. Besides... the castle feels... well. It is very old. And cold. And I think it might be haunted."

She sips her punch. "This is good."

Sally has a feeling that her friend feels the place differently than most of them do. That Illyana might be more in touch with certain supernatural things than the rest of them.

"Does it not resonate well with you?"

That worries her a little. She doesn't want her friend to be uncomfortable here.

Pixie came on the Blackbird. Which means she helped set up because she was roped into it by Mike. She's closer to her home town than she has been in years and part of her yearns to go back and see what's changed over on the other island. But she's here for festivities and so there will be no sadness.

She's also hoping to get Mike to let her fly the Blackbird home when it's time to leave.

A girl can wish!

Aha. The Pixie.

Illyana couldn't tell you WHY she's so drawn to Megan, but she certainly is. And so she comes up to her (from the front this time - she's trying to behave herself) and smiles.

"We should hook you up with a leprechaun."

...okay, well, her bets behaviour isn't always that great.

Megan stares wide eyed at Illyana for a moment before letting out a loud protest (and since this is Pixie it's REALLY loud).

"NO!!!!!!!!!"

The girl scowls and her wings beat erratically behind her. "But you can hook up with one. I like mutant boys. Or human ones."

Or something. Megan is still figuring that one out.

Illyana grins, sharklike.

"Are you sure? You would look so cute cuddled up next to Warwick Davis. You could have little pixie babies who mend shoes at night!"

He gets a tackle hug within seconds of his arrival and a clinging sister who doesn't seem to want to let go.

"JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHNNNNNNNNNNNN!"

Sometimes Sally Blevins is still very much a teenager. But she's missed seeing her brother in the flesh so it's probably okay that her voice echoes through the Keep.

Sally giggles at the hug and the lifting.

"It goes well, big brother!" She hugs him again just because she can.

"How are YOU!? You're the one who's been away doing stuffies!!"

Though maybe now isn't the time for this conversation.
