The new diet plan is working well.  I've definitely been more energetic and awake and able to focus these last few weeks.  The headaches were mostly from Caffeine withdrawal I'm sure.  I haven't even had a soda or cup of tea in the whole time.  I'm only about 50% on the diet.  I have still been putting cheap pancake syrup on my partly wheat based ( Read more... )

So, fall is upon us again. And guess where I am? Still in Wisconsin. I have accomplished almost nothing professionally this year so far. And my mental health is not improved on a consistent basis.
