Only an hour or so after I watched Covert Affairs last night, I caught the Nadal-Lopez match at the US Open, and who did I see in the audience but Sendhil Ramamurthy! When the ESPN person was interviewing Rick Fox, sitting with his Dancing with the Stars partner Cheryl Burke, Sendhil was easily visible in the row just in front of them. Federer dominated Soderling this evening. I can't wait for him to take down Djokovic.

Here's what Tom Hardy was up to this evening.

When asked how long she'd been doing martial arts, Nikita's Maggie Q answered, "I’m half Asian, so people immediately go, “Oh, you do kung fu,” like that’s what we do. We wake up, we do kung fu, we brush our teeth."

I enjoyed both new shows that premiered Wednesday night: Hellcats for the femslash potential and my love for La Tiz and Terriers because of the Donal Logue & Michael Raymond-James partnership, the bits of humor, and the location. The Entertainment Weekly dude is a bit ignorant, though. He "can't imagine" anyone being interested in both shows, believing their audiences to be mutually exclusive. o_O Er, I enjoy fluffy musical-dance shows equally as much as I enjoy gritty crime dramas. I love both the stark realism of Treme & the supernatural craziness in Vampire Diaries. I don't see why it needs to be an either-or thing. Of course, liking so many different types of shows can make the choice of what to watch every night a bit tricky. There are only so many hours in the day to keep up with everything I watch live on TV, on DVR and online.
