Yesterday, I go to mail off some contracts to my authors, editors, artists and other miscreants and minions, and the nice lady at the post office says "Ah HAH! Are you starting a publishing company?"
"Do I look that insane?" I say.
"Ummm, no, well, maybe..." The nice lady at the post office says. "You see, someone addressed the mail to Sky Warrior Books..."
"Oh, my evil minions. They blab a lot." I say.
"We ought to put the publishing company's name on the box so we know where to deliver the mail..." She says.
I think about how this is going to foil my secret bid for World Domination. "Bwahahahaha!"
Nice lady: "Excuse me?"
"Sorry, I got caught up in Evil Overlord musings. Should I get another Post Office Box for the business?"
Okay, maybe it didn't go quite that way, but given how sleep deprived I've been, it probably did.
