Ok, so, Killing Bono (the original UK title is I was Bono's Doppleganger) is a spectacular autobiography by this guy who went to school with Bono and how he (the guy, obviously, not Bono) utterly failed at becoming a rock star. This is almost excruciatingly nerdy, but I re-read The Silver Chair a few days ago and, if/when/maybe? they make the movie, I think I want Charlie Cox to play Prince Rillian, for sheer cross-fandom lulz.

If you fail to see why this amuses me, watch Stardust again.

in regard to X3: it was like watching an arc from the comics, but with all the interesting stuff cut out. I haven't been on lj since Thursday, and I'm kind of frightened to go tackle the flood of stuff I know will be on uncanny_x_men.

but I have comics, and this is good.

You know, the more I listen to Coldplay, the more I realize that I really just don't like them. Generally, when people ask, I say something like "Yeah, they're alright, I like a few of their songs" but that's not true.
