Wow. My car is stuck like a stuck thing. I just spent almost an hour and a half trying to get it out, and yeah. I don't think it's going anywhere until spring. Or possibly Sunday, when it looks like it'll be above 32 and sunny

I've heard that kitty litter works, too. Plus if you carry around a bag of it in your trunk, the added weight should help with the traction.

I've heard that too, but never've tried it. My car's front wheel drive, so it's not so much an issue of not having enough weight as having crappy front tires. I was trying to wait for a couple of checks before buying new ones, but it looks like I can't put it off any longer.

Kitty litter is great for helping with traction. Just the generic clay litter, nothing fancy. I've used it before.
