I went to see the surgeon today, had my stitches removed, and was reassured by the fact that I'm not in the 5% who have their gallbladders out and rush to the bathroom every time they eat. Phew!!! So I'm on this pain medication, and have been itching like crazy, my entire body... I thought it was leftover from the surgery or anaesthesia, and ended up showering at 2 am because I thought it would help. Turns out this is a side effect of the pain meds, but some people have hallucinations on it, so I suppose I should feel lucky ( Read more... )

I took the dog to the vet yesterday because he wouldn't stop licking/gnawing at his back leg. Turns out he had a growth they wanted to remove and send to the lab.
