I tried to call them...but the reception was poor...got cut off when i'm was in the conversation with the RO. & i wasn't able to call back again...lousy connection i have...

For the Heathered Knit Top, there are 2 oos. But i'm unsure of which one (there are 4 in total), so i can only refund after i received the items.
I'm sorry about the oos items...because of the delay in the verification.
Really sorry about it.
Our total orders now cost ard $144.98. Hope that vpost charges isn't going to be too expensive.
For the rest of the refunds, if u all don't mind, i should be able to refund next weekend.

The amount that forever21 charges me is different from what i have calculated.
So i will wait till the items arrive before i do any refunds as i'm not too sure what item are in, and what items are not.

due to insufficient information provided to vpost (as mention from their e-mail to me), i have sent another e-mail to them.
Wait till they match the items, and inform me of the shipping fee.

Oh..the parcel arrive in Singapore (not just process..=) my mistake..), and i have collected it today.

Really sorry about the expensive shipping due to only few items.
Shipping units were based on the weight of the item (my estimation), so heaver is 1.5 units.
