Day 5 - 25 Days of Fandom
Have you added anything hilarious/cracky to a fandom? If so, what?
What do I write that's NOT meant to be light, airy, comic relief or downright crackalicious? It'd be easier for me to name the stuff that doesn't fit in that category!
Off the top of my head...
In the Live Free or Die Hard fandom, there are 4 fics in the Mousecapades series that totally fit the bill. All of them feature John and Matt dealing with mice of varying types. :) Let's see. Oh, I wrote Matt finding a kitten because I thought that's what Kitten Fic is. Apparently there is some other weird thing, but nope, this is Matt, John, a gunfight, and a kitten. That's Trouble Magnet.
In the Queer as Folk fandom, I used to love writing what I called "Unusual POV" fic. The Spatula is from the POV of, yes, the spatula in Brian's kitchen.
The Other Gus has Justin's childhood teddy taking center stage. In Ugly Naked Guy, Brian's painting has some opinions. I am pretty sure there's more Unusual POV's than that, but those are the ones I can think of.
Honestly, you could just click on half my tags and find something that fits this question. :D
