Existence is filled with dualistic themes: people can at once be set free via the information and also plowed under, mentally(/spiritually?) "disabled" from it. Color is something that is "created" during perception. So is time-it's something that is "created" during perception. I'd say that time *is* perception. Time does not exist outside of our perception. The properties of the universe, physics-these exist outside of our perception. Time is something that we living beings-most notably humans-create.
