I like to think of myself as non-confrontational.  I don't enjoy heated debates because they always get personal.  I want everyone to feel comfortable around me and to feel respected.  When I find myself in the midst of an internet "discussion," I prefer to bow out as gracefully as I can rather than trying to "win."  Spineless?  Maybe, but web war ( Read more... )

I am in pain and pain makes me cranky. But I have "Come On, Eileen" stuck in my head so life can't be all that bad.

I resigned as head coach for the cheerleading squad tonight and removed my daughter from the roster as well. She hated cheerleading and I just couldn't make her keep doing it - we were all miserable.
