Mom said my cookies didn't turn out right (I gave her some yesterday). The one I ate was ok. Odd. But I had to send out an email (via Shelly) to everyone who ordered and offer to replace their order if they thought something was off with it ( Read more... )

93 cookies baked. Now to start frosting. Then I have cake balls to make and a birthday cake. One cookie order for tomorrow. The rest of the cookies and cakeballs for Friday and the cake for Saturday. Busy!

I still need to make one more kind of cookie and cakeballs but my wrist (which is sprained) won't take it. Just managing to frost the cookies I have done will be a challenge. It did hold out through two cakes though.

I am so tired of Rhonna's DB! It takes me about 1 1/2 hrs per table to covert and now half of them suddenly don't want to update. Sigh. I wish I knew what she managed to do to destroy is like this, then I might have a better shot at fixing the damn thing. Every time I think I have it something new breaks.

Rhonna had to bring me her DB as some patients were missing and I just figured out that between her 12/30 and 1/19 backups she lost like 1000 records. I had to totally start over on the restore. Basically scratching all of the work I did last weekend. Sigh.

Finally did some website updating (www.colleynairyconfections.com). Everything from over the holidays is now up. And I have to say that my New Year's Resolution is now going anywhere fast. My kitchen looks like something blew up from my last 2 projects. This whole "clean as you go" thing just doesn't work for me.

Took all day but I finally have the patient table rebuilt. The first reformat of her laptop went whacko- for some reason it thinks there are two OSs on there and wants you to pick which it load. Trying a repair to see if that fixes it. If not, will have to install again. Sigh.

::bangs head on desk:: I think Rhonna got a virus which has killed every version of the DB she has. It looks like I am going to have to rebuild it from the ground up and reinput every entry she has by hand because if I try to import any data from any version of the DB she has it introduces the virus. OMG I am never going to finish!

Exhausted. Spent my day putting together a stupid desk- with a sprained ankle I might add. Then went and saw Bill (that helped, especially the hip that has been out since I sprained my ankle). Just finished up with Kristi and Cooper. Oh and I managed to finish my holiday flyer. Now a shower, then bed.
