(no subject)
Mom said my cookies didn't turn out right (I gave her some yesterday). The one I ate was ok. Odd. But I had to send out an email (via Shelly) to everyone who ordered and offer to replace their order if they thought something was off with it.
So far just one person has asked me to replace the order (she thought they had too strong of a flour taste). I have never had a problem with my cookies and I make them all the time. This is very worrisome to me!
Also going to send Shelly to work on Monday with some cakeballs for everyone as an apology for the possible screw up (having made like 7 batches no way to know if it was just 1 batch or not) to kind of smooth things over so I hopefully don't loose them as repeat customers.
