I've been trying to edit my tumbler page to make it more spiffy.

I have some html knowledge, but I must be pretty rusty. I can't for the life of me figure out how to change the links at the top just to simply underline.

I've tried custom css, but it just won't work no matter what I do. My guess is conflicting other css.
