I would like to introduce some mails. Rinana-chan from Gifu Prefecture. “Massu, good evening!” Good evening! “This is sudden but which do you like more, fresh vegetables or steamed vegetables?”
Hmmm, fresh vegetables or steamed vegetables… I eat a lot of fresh vegetables, but I think I like steamed vegetables more. Fresh vegetables are good. Steamed vegetables might depend on what kind. But I think I eat a lot of fresh vegetables, so maybe I like fresh more? Maybe I like both.

This week’s NEWS!
For this week’s news! Here we go! The result for the 11th Masuda Cup (4WD contest)!!! *claps* We just did the 11th one. The course doesn’t differ from the 10th one but we put 3 jump ramps in front. 3 is okay, but 5 would be so unstable. But we did the unstable one and it’s like you let it run, jump, run again and let it jump again. And as soon as it lands, it curves. So we made a course like that. So it didn’t jump so well after it ran. But there were a lot of straight lines so the speed was good. But the lap time of the 1st placer was 11.87 seconds. That incredibly fast. The 2nd was 11.94 sec. The 3rd placer was 12.81 sec. But that was the lap time. So it’s just the first time. But overall, I was the 6th. My start and end was bad. We were 9 of us in the race. And there were only 3 of them least in the lap time. One of the lowest 3 just started that day, so there were only 2. We usually change the setting, charge the batteries, change the motors and go to the race. But going up, I was 2nd in the 8th one. So I was like, “Okay! I can get 1st in the next one!” But on the 9th one, mine got really fast and went out of the course. Or at least that’s how I reasoned out (HAHAHA CAUGHT YA) and I got the last place. So from 2nd place, I got the last place. So I saw it and went 5th place on the 10th one. Then I said that was good. So we ended the 10th one and said I’ll do better the next time. And now the result of the 11th place, I went 5th. From 2nd to last to 5th, 5th. I’m not ranking up. It was good if it was 5th to 2nd. But it went 5th, 5th. Well I’m getting there, but there’s a wall. But I guess the 1st placer before was the 8th in the last one. Yeah, it’s not about being fast. It’s also not the nice design. The corny ones are actually the ones winning, so… *laughs* I guess it’s not the appearance. But it seems to be senseless, ne? *laughs* I was the first one who started and we’ve been doing this for over 10 times. Maybe I can’t do this? Maybe there’s no sense? Maybe I’m just too conscious of the appearance? It’s like, “this one’s a nice design, it’s pretty fast… and it’s not cool.” So I guess that’s bad. But this time after the 10th round, I reconstructed it and I got a really fast machine. But usually, it jumps and it can’t get back on the course, so it gets out. But mine’s too fast that it jumps and goes straight to the wall and crashes. (OMG THAT’S TOO FAST O__O) I guess I can’t make them well. So I have to make it properly and maybe I’m just not good at it. I hope you wait for the result of the 12th with a lower expectation. So please continue supporting! “When my friend asked me this, it took me 30 minutes to solve it. I wanted you to solve it, so I sent it.” I see~. So it’s like you’re drawing. It’s like you write like ears on top of the ‘ou’ and you put the tail below. It becomes “sheep”. So if you put horns and tail on a king, he turns into a sheep. I see~. (THIS QUIZ IS SO CLEVER). I would like to introduce some mails. First is from Yuuka-chan. “After breaking smart phones and 4WD, there’s a saying that it happens twice, it’ll happen the third time. How about turn it around by breaking eggs? “Shock Me!” things happened twice in March, so I hope you’ll have a lot of happy things this month!”
Ahhh~ Shock Me kept happening last month, so it’s a radio where I keep playing Shock Me. My mini 4WD and smart phone broke, and so there’s a 3rd time. Well the last time in the Masuda Cup, I broke Masuda 2, it’s my 2nd machine that I’ve been taking care of. It kept going out of the course no matter what. So even if I keep reforming it, it keeps going out. I noticed and it’s my Xiao Bai Long (WHAT HAHAHAHAHA). That’s the name. The side of the body was a bit cracked. It still can be used. The one before was broken on the part where you stop, but Xiao Bai Long is just smaller now. It became Skinny Bai Long, so I’m still keeping it. It was a bit sad since it got cracked. I’ve been using it since the first Masuda Cup. So while I was making it, we adjusted the course too. There’s was one course that the staff made and mine crashed and got stuck in a really bad part of the course. So it broke there. So the staff felt so bad and he bought another Xiao Bai Long. *laughs* I was like, “That’s okay! You didn’t have to do that!” But I got a new Xiao Bai Long. So it was the second. But that was gold. And before the 11th one, I had time so I sprayed it with paint. I’m pretty good at coloring. So I painted it. So only half on the shoulder, it’s a bit hard to explain, but on the shoulder part, I made it black. I made a really stylish one. On the opposite side, I sprayed it and made it seem confusing what color it is. So I dried it, kept painting, and dried it. Then I was like, “Hey, guys~! I just painted this~. What do you think~?” and I was showing off. (HAHAHA) And then I let it ran and it broke. It’s only Xiao Bai Long who breaks twice. Well now, I’m taking care of it now. I still have it and I was thinking maybe I can stick it back and maybe repaint it? *laughs* It might be one color. I’ll just stick it and paint it. Next is from radio name I-love-Takahisa-kun-chan, (translated the name for you but it was originally Takahisa-kun Daisuki-chan xD) 19 years old. “How is it before the radio starts? I want to know like how you check the mails. I love you~!”
Thank you so much! She’s asking how it is before the radio starts. Basically and fortunately, I get a lot of mails. I talk about it with the other staffs what mails to read. So we talk like, “What do you think about this mail?” We also talk about how we should answer them and like what songs we should play. We have a meeting for the show then talk about mini 4WD (I EXPECTED THAT HAHA). But we try our best to only squeeze in a little bit of the mini 4WD on the radio. We also pretty much pick out those mails that talk about mini 4WD. So that’s how it is. There are a lot of mails that I don’t read on air but I read them. it becomes a talk between us (him and staffs), then we decide to read them another time. I read a lot of mails before the radio. And drink a lot of water and do a little ab workout and vocalize.
Next is from Shiori-chan. “This is about clothes. A few days ago, I went to buy clothes by myself. I use to be usually with my mom and never got to really pick out something I really liked. I got to go alone this time, so I was able to buy something I like. I got a big one with a big owl print, but my mom got mad at me because she said it was senseless. When you were younger, did you buy clothes with your mom or did you pick for yourself?”
I see, so you always go with your mom and she picks for you? But that’s nice. A big owl print. It’s the kind I like, but it depends with what kind of owl. But I like owls. *laughs* Big clothes with a big owl print is nice, ne? Well my mom never really told me what to wear. When I was around 5th grade, I already thought of clothes I wanted to wear. I had a shirt with a huge tiger printed on my shirt and I was on heavy rotation big time (WHAT IS WITH MASSU AND AKB SONGS HAHAHA) and it was black like Western shirt or something and there was embroidery with threads sticking out. I was wearing a lot of denim pants and shorts too. So I was wearing stuff like that my entire elementary school and when I was in 5th or 6th grade, my mom got me a huge sweatpants and Chino pants (they’re one type of pants that kind of look like slacks for men) and I matched it with a pair of simple high-cut sneakers. And I thought that type of fashion was really cool. Since then, I started wearing pretty loose clothes. I wasn’t wearing fit ones almost all the time. But I think that’s because I told my mom that I wanted it so she bought it for me. I was picking my own clothes even in grade school. But I think it’s not bad for your mom to tell you what to wear. But we all have different tastes, so I think it’s better to pick your own clothes. It’s okay to ask your mom’s opinion sometimes, but I think the owl isn’t bad. You can also pick out clothes for your mom too and get them for her. Lately, that’s what I do. I tell my mom, “I think this would be nice.” I’m sure she has her own taste too, but I say “No, this is better.” And I get a size that’s already for her so that we get it right away. They’re clothes, so I think it’s nice that you get to buy them together. How about you go with your mom and choose your own?
