MY DAD MAY BE A SECRET SLASHER. SEND HELP PLEASE
so, i have NO SCHOOL TODAY, thank you life! i could do, you know, actual productive things, but instead, i (shockingly!) spend the day lounging around in a t-shirt and underwear, watching tv.
i watch phsych all day, because it's the only thing on, and okay fine i might love it JUST A BIT. i mean, gus! and shawn!
i just started the episode where shawn makes gus go to go into the bank by himself, and gus gets held hostage by a bank robber or something.
the other detectives get there, and shawn says," what happened?"
the detectives respond, "there's been a hostage situation in the bank."
and shawn freaks out, and yells "gus!" and bolts towards the door.
while the detectives are restraining him, i'm just musing on how gus and shawn are SO TOTALLY GOING OUT. my dad, who walked in a few minutes ago, says, "your boyfriend!" (to shawn.)
i just stare at him in total shock. once i recover a bit, i sputter, "wait, i thought it was just me? EVERYONE ELSE THINKS THEY ARE DATING TOO?"
and my dad just nods.
and i'm sort of relieved, because i'd watched several and literally ALL I COULD THINK ABOUT WAS HOW THEY WERE UTTERLY IN LOVE, and sort of freaked out, because MY DAD IS SLASHING CHARACTERS ON TV SHOWS, NOT OKAY. HE IS OLD. AND UNCOOL. AND ALSO, MY DAD.
should i be scared? flist, HELP ME PLEASE, I'M BEGGING YOU.
he just made me ramen though, so i can't be too mad at him :)
