I've often wondered why it is that our prison system here in the US is so completely screwed up.

But now, thanks to the wonder and joy that is YouTube, the answer has become blindingly clear to me!

Also, today is my niece Meaghan's 6th birthday. Holy crap, does time fly!

So, went and saw Pirates this afternoon.

LOVED. IT.

Of course, it was totally insane, but still - I loved it.

Soooo much eye candy. Really. Good quotage action too, and lots of great/funny moments, but all that pretty - dear god. The drool-factor alone made for $15 well spent, mateys. Being that I have no shame, I'm completely willing to admit ( Read more... )

Starting tomorrow I have two weeks of vacation (otherwise known as Spring Break: Bad for the Paycheck, Good for the Soul) and I'm looking forward to getting lots of rest, working on some fic/artwork and generally not having anything much to stress over.
