We got an email from our HOA contact regarding our builder (who filed bankruptcy) opening up as a new builder and our half finished neighborhood.
The background is that one neighbor called the General Contractor regarding warranty issues, and was told "I don't work for Wall, I work for Endeavor". We're supposed to have one year warranties... ( Read more... ) -
