much garden news!

the early prolific straightneck squash seeds i sowed on 3/10 have germinated! well, 5/6 seeds. they started popping up after only 5 warm days outside and 4 warm nights on the fridge. two calendula seeds germinated as well. i'm still waiting on the basil, whose seeds i sowed a couple days after the squash. i'm so excited! ever ( Read more... )
