I had a chance to scrub in on a surgery with Dr. Shepherd this morning but I turned it down and said that I had a really busy morning in the pit. I didn't. I just knew that Aubrey had an appointment this morning and that he was going into surgery.
Which means that she needs somebody with her and nobody really knows, not that I can think of. I called her first thing this morning to find out where her appointment was and while the location shocked me, I didn't say anything at the time. I'm not going to say anything.
I just figure she needs somebody right now and I can be that someone.
I may need her just a little too.
