I am desperately seeking good, cheap (or preferably free) tax advice in north Seattle. I just got a notification in the mail from the state I used to live in saying I owe them money (more money than I can currently afford to part with) from 2008, which I am fairly certain is not true, and I need some help sorting it out.

My partner and I do not want children and we are looking for a doctor to do a vasectomy. Unfortunately, he was laid off and I work retail while waiting to hear back about grad school.
