I'm looking for the best places to shop for used cars in North Seattle. (And by "best", I mean in terms of trustworthiness and affordability.) Help?

I Live in Tacoma. Have a red eye out of SeaTac next friday. Get back in at 1 am on Tuesday. (Yay for living on the other side of the coast from your family!) While I know I can take a bus from Tacoma I think with the shitty flight times I'd rather spend the money to park. Couple of days ago I got a parking ticket near Seattle Center at 8:54pm (the time indicated on the ticket itself). When I checked the street for signs - there were none that said anything about parking in the area, and the pay-to-park machine said that I can pay for parking 8am to 6pm Mon-Sat. Im going to be taking a flight out of town and will be gone for 5 days.
I dont want to pay for the airport parking so i was wondering if anyone knows if parking in the federal way transit center parking structure, and leaving my car there for the 4 nights is allowed? if so, how safe do you think it would be?

I am going to Bonobo's concert this coming Sunday, it's at Showbox at the Market at 1st and Pike. I've never driven by myself to Seattle downtown, so I'm asking for advice where to park my car. I don't mind walking for 30 minutes or so from the parking lot.

A friend of mine got some scratches about the size of two hands held together on the door of her car this morning.
