On a more festive note, I had a fantastic cocktail a few nights ago called Oaxaca Fire and had fair success recreating it at home last night. It was a margarita with thai chiles and a rim of cayenne, black, and crushed red pepper. I love sweet and spicy stuff, and as you can imagine this packed a kick. I have to say it even surpassed the jalapeno margaritas I have tried. Yum.
