I've had some great success with yearly 2do lists for the past two years. I looked for the 2010 one on LJ, couldn't find it yet but that's OK. I have a paper copy, and I did pretty well.

Stages #1 and 2 are now officially done. The house is in essence "under roof" meaning you can come there, and walk around, but it's still being described, and edited.
