I got a Christmas gift in the mail a few days ago, and I've been watching it, and amazingly this has been a major help in my drawing.
Drawing with Flinters is a light hearted, not preachy drawing video that is frankly useful!
I've gotten to the gester sketching stage of drawing. Now Flinters has guided me up further. He suggests using dancing videos and pictures, over porn to get action in the pose. and now I'm watching the 2nd part. How to go from a conception sketch, to move it to full size paper.
I feel like a fracking IDIOT
This is simple but obvious stuff no one taught me in any book.
Flinters solved one major headache of mine; drawing digitagrade legs. His simple idea. Think lightning bolt (the 3 step, zigzag type) solved the problem. It keeps in my mind, the sequence that a true digitagrde leg goes - both quad, and bipedal. That was a few months ago. Now his video is solving other headaches.
Shee, I wish I had all this instruction 8 years ago when I first started.
Run! Go!, don't walk, and buy this video!!
