What: Eugene has some things to tell Break.
Warnings: Well, Break doesn't like Eugene, so... I dunno. Probably some violence. XD
[Eugene is leaning against one of the walls of a building near the Dismas stairs, arms folded across his chest as he watches the people around him go about their lives. He's tired, he's sore from his legitimate job, but he's here because he needs to be and because he figures that if he gives Break some background, maybe the guy would stop looking at him like he wanted to killed him.
Or seriously maim him.
Either way. Pain and death hurt and were a big no no. If he could avoid them in Anatole, all the better.]
