I found it an annoyance at first, that. {A gesture to the scene below.} But I may miss it when it's finished. We had an annual carnevale in Roma... very beautiful. The people loved it! So much drink... so many customers because of it. {He laughs in a high pitched staccato, sighing at the cessation of it and going silent. Of course, many visited the doctor after a night swimming in wine. Even more, unfortunately, were too drunk to ever see him coming.}
Anyway. Carnevale aside, I was wondering if someone here might be able to help me out. I've been collecting herbs and such from the greenhouse, but I'm wondering what lies beyond the city. My hunting trip a few days back was for precisely that, and I neglected to examine the local foliage... or lack thereof, what with the snow.
Regardless! I've injured myself, and would rather not run the risk of meeting a predator out there until I'm right again. I was... hoping someone would run an errand for me, and collect some things. {A lie. He's just lazy and would much rather put someone else at risk.} I'm looking for scrapings of bark from the trees, any foliage that doesn't die with the snow, and anything that can be found beneath the snow, in reasonable shape. Even large rocks hide useful items!
If someone is willing to do this for me, they'll be rewarded, of course. If not, well, that's my misfortune. The better the samples, the better the reward.
