God I hate weathermen. Specifically, the weathermen at the local radio stations who say how great the weather is when it's 30+ degrees with humidity bringing the temperature close to 40. Of course they're saying this from the comfort of their cozy air conditioned studios.
In fact, a big flame to anybody who has an air conditioner and says how great the stupid hot weather is.
I finished my antibiotics yesterday, and thankfully my infection seems to have gone away. Perfect timing really, although if I hadn't gone out drinking until 4 in the morning on Thursday and Saturday night it may have gone away earlier. ^_^
I see that not only does LJ now have a neat looking toolbar (which I can't seem to change to match my journal style :(), but they allow pictures now. I gotta say, I may be tempted to pay for an account soon if they keep going the way they are going. :)
EDIT: Apparently I can upgrade to a plus account, which gives me things like the scrapbook for free with the tradeoff that my journal will have ads. Does anybody know more about this, like how many ads are put up, where in your journal they are, and (most importantly) can I go back to a basic account if I don't like the plus account?
