God I hate weathermen. Specifically, the weathermen at the local radio stations who say how great the weather is when it's 30+ degrees with humidity bringing the temperature close to 40. Of course they're saying this from the comfort of their cozy air conditioned studios ( Read more... )

God I wish it was here. People keep telling me I'll regret bitching about the heat in February, but I never have yet. Like I always say back to them, when I'm cold I can do something about it.

When I'm hot and sweaty there is little I can do aside from removing clothes, and most of the time there is a strict limit on how much I can remove before authorities intervene. ^_^

Go to the "leave a comment" bit on my LJ to see what the advertising is like... I just got it yesterday.

glassstrider doesn't like it, but I really don't notice them. So many other free sites (Blogspot, fotopic) have them now that they just don't register in my mind...

That's it? The space I don't pay attention to and aside from the very top of a page has no use?

Well then, I may just upgrade and move my Fotopic pictures over. :)

I have them blocked, so I don't see them anyway, but that just leaves a huge blank space to the side of entries which looks untidy, I think. Plus it is pretty cheap to just get a paid account and get everything.

But on dreammonkey's journal it's directly under the section that has her links (eg: her friends page, user info, etc), so wouldn't it be empty space regardless?

I agree it is cheap to get a paid account, but I pay enough of those and they do add up. :P

Feh. I'll give the features another go over to see if it is worth doing. At first glance it was mostly the scrapbook that made me consider it, but I don't even think I'd use it that much (*dusts off his fotopic account*).
