also I'm still consistently weighing in at 150# or just above it, and I think my musculature is looking better in the mirror. I'm now up to 20 days without a second spent on time-wasting games. no Tetris, no backgammon, nothing of that sort.

3/20/2019: Consistently above 80 WPM for the past 2-3 weeks, record of over 100.

2/23/2019: I've been consistently above 60 WPM on Colemak for at least the last week or two, often up around 80, and if the words really go well I can get above 90. Success?
