In a sudden fit of solidarity with Israel, I found myself baking a challah at about three in the morning last night (or rather, this morning). I was first given this stuff a few years ago by some Jewish people I used to know and I fell head over heels in love with it. Astonishingly, mine came out tasting just as good!
