I had a very good Saturday with Argentiwolf at the May Faire ren fair. The rain managed to hold off until the very end of the fair and the humidity was not bad at all. Saw enough stage and SCA style fighting to know for sure that I have no interest in either. Followed this up with good food, company, and entertainment. It made for a very good ( Read more... )

Still alive. Penguicon was a blast. I saw a good number of people that I do not have much regular contact with, however briefly. I had a good enough time that I think that next year I will see if I can take the whole weekend off. Still alive, but I still get almost no time online. In regards to my last post, my car still works. Somehow the axle became disconnected from the wheels, but it was still cheaper to fix than a new transmission, which is what I was afraid of initially. The fix took me for pretty much all I have, but my savings are starting to resemble positive ( Read more... )
