Grrr! I feel like I'm gaining weight. I know that's why I probably shouldn't weigh in every day but it also keeps me focused. Yesterday I did pretty well. I made some jello with bananas over the weekend so I have that around for a snack. I had salad for dinner. I need to work on making my salads more healthy though, I didn't have cheese but I had croutons and light ranch.

Yesterday's sins - at the end of the day when I had used all my points I had a bowl of cereal. Also, I had two pieces of garlic bread at lunch, if I had cut those out or only had one I would have had points for the cereal.

Today will be a little tough. I am going to a lunch meeting at a fancy place. Usually the portions are pretty small and there will probably be a salad option but there are also usually multiple courses so I just have to pay attention to that.
