Monday 163.8

Well my weight has been bouncing around. Saturday 164.6, Sunday 161.6, Today 163.8 ... I hope my scale isn't broken.

Yesterday I did all right except I had a ranch snack wrap from McDonalds and those little things pack in the calories. I chopped up veggies though and made some jello for the week.

Today's Plan - Oatmeal for breakfast, leftover spaghetti for lunch, jello for snack, light dinner
