I think I've pinched a nerve in my hip.  For the past 3 days, I haven't been able to bend or twist certain ways.  It's also to the point where it would wake me up at night when I shift positions.  I also have to sit down carefully, because if I jar it, it spasms.  But I'm not getting the sciatica like I usually do when it's REALLY bad.  Just ( Read more... )
