Shaolin Staff

Started learning the first Shaolin Staff form on Monday. Finished learning it yesterday (Tuesday). It's a pretty short form, but fun. Unfortunately I smacked my right knee pretty hard with the staff, and now I'm limping around like an old guy. Not that I'm not old anyway.
