Sunset Bay: Week Six Round-Up

Feb 20, 2017 21:49

And I thought we got a lot of new families last week - now that the quads and their peers all graduated college, we have even MORE, so I'm mixing up some of the surnames so that we don't have to do the same ones with a bunch of numerals over and over again. But first, let's see what happened this past week...

College I
This is the only college group this week, just Winslow Lynch-Davis and Danny Pleasant. They're both kind of forgotten-type sims, so we'll see if they start to interest me once they're having their uni adventures. They also look slightly alike, which makes them even more forgettable, so let's get memorable, boys!

The Taylor-Davis Household
NO ONE DIED! But, much more importantly, Delaina became the mayor of this grand city, Jesse laughed in the face of danger when he fixed the computer and managed to not catch on fire this time, and Owen grew up! He became an adult who quickly called his teenage boyfriend and creepily kissed him before Brendon grew up. They were very much in love and Brendon eventually became pregnant, but Delaina seems to hate him, so things are going to get interesting next week, especially when he's not carrying her grandchild anymore...

The Taylor Household
Leo and Kayla were very much in love, but they couldn't get pregnant thanks to a glitchy apartment. So, after they got married and Kayla had a clone baby via some cheating, they moved into a duplex, where baby Ajax quickly became a child way ahead of his peers and Kayla also gave birth to a second boy, Percy, who is hopefully less of a clone. They also got an adorable feline friend, Roux, who was queen of the house, of course.

The Taylor-Perry Household
Olivia spent much of her college days surrounded by couples, so she invited her boyfriend, Andre, over as much as possible. She found a house back in Sunset Bay proper and Andre joined her once he graduated as well. When they weren't being all couple-y around the many other couples, they were studying - they're a pretty drama-free couple, so far at least.

The Lynch-Davis Household
And then there were three - Winslow left for college, but before that, this family managed to gather along with extended family for baby (well, the baby of the family) Carson's birthday. Vanessa and Luna are still adorably and disgustingly in love, so the boys set out to find some love of their own. The family business also continues to very slowly but surely grow.

The Lynch Household
SO MANY BABIES! Lena and Samara started off as happy newlyweds, and then they quickly had one and then triplet babies so close together that they basically had quads. Sloane, Elias, Georgie, and Barret were adorable but quite a handful, so nothing else really happened.

The Lynch-Royal Household
Even though Grant was at uni and his girlfriend had already graduated, he made sure to invite Skylar over plenty to keep the flame alive. Once he graduated, he moved in with his sister and her girlfriend, but Skylar invited him over to her temporary home with her parents enough that she had a daughter, Corrine, and once her week was up, the three of them found a home of their own.

The Lynch-Perry Household
Lovebirds Haven and Angie were definitely one of the always-together couples. They spent a lot of time getting to know each other (and the hot tub) better, and Angie's mother even popped by their dorm to get to know her daughter's girlfriend a bit. At the end of the week, they moved into a house with Haven's twin, but he moved in with his girlfriend and daughter before they even settled in, so it's officially just the two of them.

The Perry Household I
Newlyweds Britta and Skylar have very different priorities - Britta wants a grandchild and Skylar wants a child of his own first - but otherwise things are going well between the two of them. Edison, Britta's last child still in the house, grew up and his high school beau, Oudi, moved in, breaking up the blueness of the house. Edison and Britta were a bit too close for comfort, but the new couple managed to have some time of their own and ended the week with baby Sarlo. They finally saved enough money to buy a bigger house for what will surely be a growing family and moved in at the end of the week.

The Perry Household II
Poor Jason was alone without any of his older siblings, so he was the only one living with his lovey-dovey parents, Joel and Jules. He managed to do some regular kid things, though, like a family trip to the new public pool. Jules also grew up and joined Joel in elderhood, reminding us how late Jason came along. At the end of the week, one of the quads, Ashlyn, moved back in after graduating from uni, and they also moved to a new, much bigger house instead of their slightly-cramped apartment.

The Perry Household III
After she graduted, Remy moved into one of the apartments in her father's complex, along with her boyfriend, Percy. They were one of the many new-couples-alone-for-the-first-time couples, and Remy soon became pregnant with their first child, Elisabeta. By the end of the week, she was pregnant again and had to waddle her way through other lots while she waits for her next round.

The Perry Household IV
Hugh started college off with no one, but the ROS event led him to have a one night stand with Adèle that soon developed into a real relationship. Once he graduated, he invited her to move into an apartment with him.

The Perry-Fey Household
Giselle invited her girlfriend, Ashta, to move into her college house with her and her older siblings, so of course they spent much of their college career all over each other. They quickly found their own house once they graduated, glad to get some privacy after a house filled with six people.

The Villa Household
Camille was one of the people in the crowded Perry college household, but she managed to eke out some space of her own when she met and fell for Gaby, who had finally gotten over her dalliance with Tyson Thatcher (hopefully, anyway). Thanks to her relationship with Camille, she finally got to graduate and the two of them found a house of their own.

The Royal-Thatcher Household I
Graham and Skylar were happy to have some of their children move back home, but they were surprised when some freeloaders also moved in thanks to the ROS event. They mostly ignored them, though, and showered their new grandchild with attention - because, of course, their kids couldn't stay on their own forever. Skylar had a daughter with Grant before moving out with them, but the youngest, Monty, stayed  behind with his new beau, Sinjin. At the end of the week, their new housemates also moved out, so it was back to just Royal-Thatchers in the house.

The Royal-Thatcher Family II
I'm amazed that there wasn't any cheating going on in this household, although Tyson and Ama (who are NOT together) do have chemistry with each other. Tyson and his boyfriend Henry managed to spend somme  timme with each other enough to have a daughter, Vesta, while Ama and Daniel had twins of their own, Brody and Oden. There was some drama, though, when one of their trees caught on fire and nearly killed EVERYONE - two firefighters had to show up to put them out. Then the social worker showed up and took all the kids. I cheated them back, but STILL.

The Diaz Household
Amy and Poca were the surprise moochers at the Royal-Thatcher house. Everyone ignored them, so they quickly bonded and fell for each other. They added to the full house with their daughter, Juno, who got Poca's interesting facial structure for sure. At the end of the week, they moved out and into their own place where they didn't have to deal with a bunch of people who never knew who they were.

The Pleasant Household I
The Pleasants got a hamster, Panda - and everyone basically spent the week fawning over him. Other than skilling and some cute family moments, nothing really happened. Lilith and Linda are still together, Niall and Angela are still together, Danny eventually moved out after having a little adorable dalliance with Ivy Copur, and the twins were adorable and ended the week ready to grow up once Week 7 begins.

,

The Pleasant Household II
Eve and her new beau, Shane, happily did nothing together. They grew a little garden and Eve bought the new public pool - and, you know, they had a daughter, Zelda, together. But really, we care about Shane bonding with a cute, stray cat, right?
