The Dasani Legacy: 5.1
Last Time: Everyone was back at home and ready to start on the next generation! The house got a nice makeover to fit the new children, who came after both couples got married. Eb and Neve had a daughter, Zoe, while Marley and Lee are expecting a baby at the beginning of this update. Unfortunately, Eli won't be able to see those new great-grandchildren - we lost our third generation heir. *tear*
We start off with Neve being a great mother who obviously loves all things about being a mother.
Melody: Now what do I do?
Yes, such great parents and grandparents in this house.
Looks like it's time for the rest of generation six (unless there are some surprise pregnancies)!
Yep, we'll have enough.
*sigh* I really need to get rid of this skintone, if it weren't such a big deal and problem and I didn't like it when I actually gave it to sims. I fixed it in SimPe so that it looks like they were actually born to Lee and Marley.
Anyway, the two babies are boys, Ira and Kevin.
Um, that's not your baby, Lee. It is, however, your baby, Neve and Eb.
Here they are post-SimPe. I think they got their eyes from Marley and their skintone and hair from Lee, so a bit of nice genetic diversity.
You should be cooing over your new babies, not eating bad food!
Ira: Go back to eating bad food, please!
Moss: I just gave you a nice bottle of baby stuff, why aren't you happy yet?
Hmm, I wonder why.
You better not be running to spill your guts because you're pregnant...
THREE IS ENOUGH!
ENOUGH!
See, the ones you have already are so cute, why would you need anymore?
Eb: You're really mine, aren't you? My little green eyes and my adorable face.
Yes, let's make your child all about you, Eb.
She's about to grow into that little face a bit more - birthday time!
We've got her dad, her uncle, and her grandfather - apparently no one else could be bothered to show up.
Way to go, Neve. And Melody. I don't care as much about Lee, he's just the uncle.
Marley: Eh, I'm bored - let's see what Lee is doing.
Marley: Why doesn't anything ever happen around here?
Moss: Blame it on the grandparents, not me, never blame these children on me.
Here's the little cutie, Zoe. *pats on the head*
Neve: Hey, who's this kid? And where's my baby?
So observant, my dear Neve.
Eb: Why can't she say my name?
Eb: Come on, it's so easy: Eb-en-neez-er.
I really should have given you a shorter name. Except then you wouldn't get to join the Long Name Club, and it's pretty cool - we have cookies and nametags (with pronounciations)!

Update 5.1: The Three is Enough Edition
It's quite entertaining to watch little bits of this game and the animations, like the train hobby table.
Melody: Don't worry, I didn't make my sons dumb and cute, that was just on them. I'm sure you just inherited the cuteness.
Well, she certainly is cute.
Having a baby hasn't cooled down their marriage at all.
Adorableness, like father, like son.
Neve: You're an adorable idiot, but I guess we're made for each other.
Yes you are.
Eb: I'm the dumb one, but I don't think it's hard to figure out what's going to happen - please get out.
Moss: Hmm, I think now is a good time to play some Sims.
Moss: Oh, who am I kidding, it's always a good time to play Sims.
This family is too close. Also, too many weird things happen in this bathroom.
Marley: See, Mom, nothing ever happens here.
Melody: Yeah, flying babies isn't interesting at all.
Melody: See, there are even fireworks!
Marley: Ok, I'll give you that one, this is a bit weird.
Yeah, I don't know what happened, but now little Ira looks normal and is a toddler with an actual face.
Ira: But I was interesting with no face!
And here's Kevin!
He just seems like a purple-headed kind of kid, doesn't he?
What's wrong, Neve - you saw that your baby nephews are gone and there are strange toddlers in their place?
Or you saw your husband's grandmother floating around... That makes a little more sense.
Zoe: Where is everyone? I want attention!
Um, they're all busy NOT HAVING MORE CHILDREN.
These cousins don't need adults - they have each other!
But they like adults, too.
Melody: The little people are swarming! *wide eyes*
This is what happens when the little people swarm, apparently.
Moss: Not the tree!
Or the graves - those are important, too.
Zoe: Wait, what's happening?
Well, you aren't going to be a little person for much longer.
Zoe: No, I love being little!
Zoe: But wait, then I can start using the stairs and not share a nursery with those loud cousins. Maybe it's not too bad!
Zoe: OK, I am officially excited! Being big RULES!
Neve: I finally figured out that it's still you even though you got bigger!
Neve and Eb were made for each others.
Zoe didn't want Kevin to be the only one with colorful hair, so meet the blue-hued Zoe!
And with that, we end the update - I swear I'll try to make the next one sooner, once I actually play it.
