The Perry Family II: Week Six

Dec 25, 2016 22:57

Week Five: Even though he already has six children, Joel decided he wanted another, so his wife, Jules, quickly gave birth to her fifth (and final) child, Jason. He soon grew up into an adorable toddler, and all of his older siblings fawned over him. There were teenage hormones, an oven that caught on fire, and way too many fights between their neighbors, but the week quickly ended with the quads heading off to college, leaving their huge apartment fairly empty for the first time.

small event: Day Out - take every eligible sim on your lot to a community lot and have fun
big event: nothing - the week goes on like normal

Jules put on a little weight - I think it looks good on her.

Oops, you don't know who Elisabeta is since I've gotten so far ahead and don't play all the families in order during the week - she doesn't live in their apartment either way, though, so I don't know why we would be able to feed her here.

Jules. Um, Jules?

Jules: Hmm, my face feels kind of warm...
*headdesk*

Could you possibly finish putting out the fire, good sir?

This apartment is hell - there's a couple who lives here that I don't play who both have a cold, and they keep giving everyone else the same cold over and over again.

Aw, Jason misses his siblings!

Um, you own their apartment, so I'm pretty sure that you see her a lot. Also, we don't want to be your friend, weird landlord dude. I think I speak for Jules when I say this.

I don't remember why I took this picture. We need more money?

Where's Jason? All I see are blue eyes!

Here's one of the many Maxis premade mix sims I downloaded from the fabulous Hambergersims - Dala! I named her based on the names, so she's Darren + Lola.

*glares* There's one of the culprits over there in the left, looking all innocent.

You two still have one child to take care, stop fawning over each other.

It looks like Jules lost that it of weight - but she's about to get some more weight via some sagginess...

Birthday time!

Nope.

Much better. I couldn't bear to get rid of all her pink makeup, grey hair or not.

Dala, he is a married man!
Of course, that didn't stop him before...
I didn't bother taking any more pictures of them working at the restaurant because they continue to fail at running it. Pretty sure they're still at -1.

So they go home and attempt to comfort themselves with a pillow fight in the street.

Aw, things sure worked out for Joel, despite his rocky start in Sunset Bay.

Moving on...

A+!
He looks so excited, doesn't he?

And he brought home a friend!

See, be like Ajax Taylor, who is obviously happy to be off that stinky bus.

That's better.

That's not yours, Ajax! Go play with your friend.

Better.
Really, kids these days.

Was this you again, Jules?
*sighs*

No! And I thought the landlord was a dude?

Jason: Will I ever go off to college and be a successful student?
Joel and Jules: *ignore their youngest in favor of staring at each other and chewing*

Joel: Oh, we still have another kid around? I forgot about you!
*shakes head*

Jason: Someday my brothers and sisters will come home and pay attention to me.

For their ROS event, they all headed out to a new community lot that we'll see in the future - Eve Pleasant owns it, and she's the last one in the round, so we'll get there eventually.

Jason: Hello, my name is Jason Perry - will you pay attention to me?
Lilith Pleasant: Um, what?

Jason: Never mind, I'm good here.

Jason: Whee!

Jules wasn't so lucky.

O.O It's Trinity Royal! Um, I think it's time for Joel - I mean everyone - to leave and forget about past indiscretions.

This is the other cold culprit, Juniper Cybell. So pretty, yet so deadly.
I might use the Cybells as a new family sometime in the future, not that we need more families at this point.

As we approach the end of the week, someone moves back in: Ashlyn Perry! Unlike her siblings, she's returning home now that college is over. She looks so excited to be back, huh?

Not even a minor makeover cheers her up. Be happy, Ashlyn!

And that's it for this Perry branch this year - poor Jules will have to walk around town for a week with that sunburn, I suppose.

Notes:
- I got tired of the constant colds, so I'm going to move the Perrys to a house next week.
- Jason is so far behind that he's still a child - he's going to finally become a teenager on Monday of Week 7. It took a lot not to cheat him up early, but he's a pretty darn adorable child.
- I could have gone ahead and moved in Ashlyn's fiancé, Elmer, but I was too lazy to do that, so we'll see him at the beginning of next week.
