From the round-up of Week Three, this is what happened in the Royal-Thatcher household
last time: Trinity and Graham simply tried to survive being the parents of four teenagers after their youngest grew up at the beginning of the week. Skylar interrupted the birthday of said youngest, Monty, when she randomly got into a fight with Isla Fey, which she might have won, but honestly didn't care either way. When she wasn't fighting, she was getting to know boyfriend Grant Lynch-Davis better, although she spent a bit too much time bonding with her siblings for his taste. The boys managed to get some romance in as well - Monty romanced Owen Taylor-Davis while Tyson got to know Ashlyn Perry a bit better, and Daniel continued to be adorable with his boyfriend, Brendon Tibbs. Luckily for their parents, the hormone train left when all four teenagers headed off for college at the end of the week, leaving Trinity and Graham alone for the first time since the beginning of Week One.
small event: Extreme Makeover Home Edition - add $4,000 to your funds and makeover one room
big event: nothing - the week goes on like normal
I don't think I want to know why Trinity (I think) is dreaming about her son's high school girlfriend, even if she is technically a "young adult" now. Please stop dreaming about underage girls, Trinity.
He is totally his sons' father. Now that the kids are all gone, these two have a lot more time to just talk to each other - so, of course, they spend their time talking about their children and possible college shenanigins.
There's also plenty of time to read and generally skill - it's really a bit dull in the Royal-Thatcher household this week.
Trinity at least still has her job at the Jewelbox, so she has something to do all day.
She'll have to see if she has just as much energy for work, though - it's time for Trinity and Graham to join the rest of the founders in elder-land!
Trinity: OK, I'm old and grey - can I go to bed now?
Trinity: Wait, I'm old and grey now? And how did I change without realizing it?
Oh, the mysteries of Sims birthdays.
She might be old, but Trinity is still a cool, old lady - she's not getting rid of her piercings anytime soon.
Why are you calling Graham, Isla Fey? I can't remember her coming to their house, but she's popped up a lot in the neighborhood, so I could be wrong.
Finally, hours later, Graham grew up - apparently he was too busy reading to do it earlier.
He lost his unbuttoned shirt, but I think he looks like an adorable little grandfather - now he just needs the grandchildren.
Now that he's always so busy eating with his wife, he decided he needed to spend some of his free time working out and keeping his skinny, old guy physique.
They are such an adorable couple, especially now that they have so much time to focus on each other and not their children.
Also, I finally remembered that I was supposed to makeover a room in the house for the week's event, so I added $4,000 to their funds and decided to make over their nursery for future grandchildren.
Not much, but I think it's cute, so I like it.
Trinity is really getting into the grandmother mindset, isn't she?
I Graham writes great books, doesn't he?
And now that he has another bestseller on his hands, he headed out to their backyard pond to do a little nighttime fishing.
Aw, this kind of made me sad - after all, Trinity is the mother of Delaina's firstborn. Trinity looks a little sad to see that part of her life go as well.
I just took this picture because this was a new bit of custom content I got and I thought it was pretty.
That is all.
They really are getting bored, aren't they?
This could be bad - why are you here, Delaina?
Delaina! Graham! I know you two had a bit of a flirtation back in week one or so, but that was ancient history! If anyone is going to be cheating, it's going to be the one who shares a child with Delaina!
Luckily, nothing else happened, and the rest of the week went by with nothing else really happening. Soon it was Sunday evening and Graham happily greeted Monty and Skylar, who are both moving back in with their parents.
Obviously, Monty still doesn't like the Cow Mascot - also, the mascot is a girl named Vicki? I prefer Mean Cow Mascot.
Yes, next week is going to be a lot more fun.
And that's it for the Royal-Thatchers this week - a bit dull, but Trinity and Graham were pretty adorable together, so *shrug*
Notes:
- I forgot to check Skylar and Monty's relationships with their parents, but I noticed that Monty has equal relationships with both parents (you can see that if you go up about three pictures), so I don't know if I'll bother changing their last names, especially since Tyson is now a Thatcher and thus the name will live on.
- I swear I don't know why Delaina showed up, nor did I make them flirt - maybe there's going to be some geriatric drama next week?
