From the round-up of Week Four, this is what happened in the Perry household
last time: The Perry household moved into a new apartment so that everyone could have a bed for once, but Jules's bad mood seemed to spread to their neighbors and there was much too much fighting for a family environment. Jules and Joel tried to run their restaurant properly, but it seemed like everything was working against them and they went to a -1 business rank. The quads all grew up, bringing way too many hormones to the house. Andre used his hormones to strike up a relationship with Olivia Taylor-Davis while the rest of his siblings just tried to get used to being teenagers. Remy and Giselle showed up for the weekend, when Remy did some family bonding before heading off to college and Giselle finally got some one-on-one time with her father before becoming a teenager.
small event: Fitness Focus - your sim decides to go on a fitness regime and can only eat low-fat foods
big event: nothing - the week goes on like normal
As you might recall, I mentioned that Joel wanted yet another baby, so I decided to give him one chance: they could try for a baby once, and if nothing happened, then they would just have to get used to the idea that they'll have to settle on just having quads - because that's such a small number of children. Plus, you have two other children with your ex as well - don't be greedy, Joel!
I think Joel wants someone else to act childish along with him.
*sigh* I'm going to regret this, aren't I?
I still haven't figured out why Joel has been crying all over the place - low aspiration? Regret over how he wronged his ex? Accidentally walks around everywhere with onions in his pockets?
Hugh is bored - maybe he wants another little sibling running around?
As I (probably) mentioned earlier, Remy and Percy moved into an apartment two doors down from her father, so they spend much of their time standing outside and flirting with each other.
Meanwhile, the remaining neighbors seem to hate each other for no reason - and spend way too much time outside nearly freezing to death.
Camille! That is your sisters' brother's boyfriend! Hands off the yellow fellow!
And Oudi Fey, what do you think you're doing?!
Besides, more exciting things are happening.
Sorry, I was too lazy to take pictures of popping bellies or I cheated and rushed the pregnancy so that the child wasn't so far behind yeah that's probably it
New Baby: That's not her boyfriend, is he?
See, even the baby knows better!
By the way, say hellow to lil' Jason Perry, the newest AND LAST Perry child!
The gorgeous Remy stopped by to meet her new half-brother who will probably only be a little older than her own children
Why are all these people here now? This is a private affair!
Yeah, go watch the senseless violence instead.
Poor Percy, you have no idea what building you moved into.
This is never going to end, is it?
You just had your fifth child! Shouldn't that get you at least a slightly exciting week?
NO.
Now you can whine about having a bad week.
Newly aged Ashford Delaney seems to be interested in our little Ashlyn...
...while Andre invited over his girlfriend, Olivia Taylor-Davis, who hadn't left for college yet at this point.
Jules seems a little too smug about this. What did you do?
Jules: *ignores me and eats her celebration dinner instead*
Andre: That looks painful.
Yeah, it does - also, how are her glasses staying on?
*Sims Logic*
The apartment can get a little crowded, even when three floors, so Joel retreats to the front walk to do some yoga.
Or maybe he was just trying to get away from this. *sigh*
Luckily they have a fire alarm and no one actually died this time. Yay?
Jason grew up and is SO STINKING ADORABLE!
Bossy (Joel) // Childish (Jules) // Perceptive
Again, NO.
But I don't regret getting you this one because he is ADORABLE.
I don't think I want to know what they're talking about.
Joel! Why are you guys doing this to me to yourselves?
Good boy. *pats head*
NO MORE CHILDREN!
Um, wow, tell us how you really feel, Isla?
That's it, one of you is out of here!
Joel doesn't care - he's too busy dealing with grey hair and weaker muscles.
Not bad for an old man.
Meanwhile, his daughter is dealing with the joys of teenagerhood as her face breaks out, but she won't let that stop her from bonding with her little brother.
See, old age suits him mainly because he hasn't really changed all that much
Luckily, Jules doesn't mind older men.
So Camille likes people who boo her?
Aw, did my baby join the basketball team at school? Impress her with your awesome swan-like throw!
THERE IS SO MUCH CUTENESS IN THIS HOUSE!
Alien paperboy Cleve Scott is still around - please date someone and become a citizen.
*pinches his adorable little cheeks*
Please don't drop your son, Joel - you definitely are't getting another one.
I CAN'T STAND ALL THIS CUTENESS!
But somehow, I will find a way to muddle through.
Cleve is taking my command to heart, apparently, but nothing seemed to come from his interactions with the Perry girls - yet, anyway.
They even wait patiently in line to be adorable with their little brother.
I think Hugh regrets taking a turn.
Why is Andre so unhappy looking? Apparently he's not all that jazzed about heading off to college - too bad, the whole lot of you are on your way to Sunset Bay University!
Joel says goodbye to his children - you know, this would be an appropriate time for that crying now.
Camille wasn't too excited about college either.
I think we should send her off quickly, though, before she gets too comfortable around her sister's fiance.
But before everyone leaves, birthday time!
Still so adorable.
Movie Buff
Say goodbye to your apartment and your teenage pimples!
The family sure got smaller, didn't it? They sure do look stylish, though - and hey, everyone gets a bed now!
Notes:
- All five Perry siblings will be in their own house on the college campus next week, along with one significant other. I want to try out having a house that wouldn't have unwanted dormies.
- I kind of forgot about their restaurant - it's still -1 last I remember, so they really need to work on it so that they have a nice business to pass on to one of their kids.
