I Have A Question!

Dear Flist, and yes I can't believe it but I have a Flist!! I'm looking for suggestions for a method actor some one who is dedicated to their craft to the point of obsession, a little plot bunny is nibbling at my ankles, and this could lead to a touch of h/c schmoop and generally abusing poor Jensen again.  What? look it keeps me off the street and from scaring normal folk.

All help gratefully received, cherished and generally brooded over.
