How could I forget the cats?
While in Brattleboro last autumn, we went to a nifty farm-related specialty store famous for its cheeses, and a whole lot of other goodies. We did load up on cheese, but I also found animal toys there. Most was food that would spoil, but they offered a wool ball in catnip, for kitty pleasure.
Naturally, being me, I managed to overlook it whenever I got together with
rachelmanija until I finally remembered yesterday.
The result was everything we could ask for. The two sleek, handsome kitties did their very best impression of a successful Maui Wowee Party circa 1969. Better than TV!
