Holy crap!
We had a wee hurricane roll through here earlier. Buckets of rain. Nothing like hopping outside for a smoke and landing in a puddle...in sandals.

Blessed, glorious RAIN. We haven't had significant rain in about two months. It smells lovely out here.

Those gorgeous drops should knock the allergens out of the air that've been plaguing my poor partner and a majority of the rest of you.

So finally the sky just opened up and dumped on us for ten minutes, a mist went up from the road, total monsoon. We watched out the window, and after a bit I saw stars. It still sounded like it was still coming down pretty hard, but curiosity sent me outside ( Read more... )
