Spring... I think not!

Mar 22, 2006 08:19

Well I'm sitting at work wishing I was anywhere but here. It's freezing outside though, so it makes it a little bit easier to be here. I thought it was suppose to be Spring now, but I don't think Mother Nature got the memo. It's Chris' birthday today and I'd much rather be at home with him cuddling and playing video games. I got him a game for his birthday and he got two other games yesterday...he's going to have a fun day at least. And here I am...sitting at my desk trying not to fall asleep...the sacrifices we make to be a constructive part of society... or more like to be able to actually afford to live.

Things have been going well with me. My fifth column is up and running. I'm interviewing my Myspace buddy, Heather, who happens to have some of the coolest hair I've seen. It makes me miss my pink hair for sure. Go... read... enjoy

I've been promoted to Executive Editor of Silent Devil Products. I'm so happy that Christian trusts me so much and respects my opinions and judgments. I love Silent Devil and I want to do as much as I possibly can to help the company succeed.

Thing are good at the apartment, though we're thinking of moving into a much smaller place so we can save money to move to Atlanta in two years. I just know that I'm ready for a change of location and I'm glad I have Chris to share the journey with me. He's been doing really well. Busy on a million different projects, but people are noticing him, and that's important.

Well I've rambled enough. I'm sorry for the neglect. I'm trying to balance the column, the freelance writer, the 8-5, the Silent Devil editing stuff, and my addiction to the video game I'm playing. It's not an easy task. I do miss you all. *hugs*
