A Man with No Past

My life is compartmentalized.  My entire past separated into segments like a tapeworm.  And there are no bridges to let the people I still love cross from bit to bit.  Some slip through, but mostly they stay put.

Nearly all peptic ulcers are caused by the bacterium Heliobacter pylori. So to make it truly go away I need to deal the the bacteria-- the source as well as the symptoms. Until yesterday I thought that wouldn't be possible without antibiotics from an overpriced doctor. But then I stumbled onto a couple studies that said that something called Mastic Gum actually kills H. pylori in something like %97 of cases. That nearly all patients who take Mastic Gum for four weeks recover fully from their ulcers and never have another. Know anything about that?

As for the aloe-- I can't take it because it's known to worsen Endometriosis, which I have. Noni juice? The mangosteen sounds expensive... and isn't it citrusy? As for regular old vitamins...I don't really know how to get them at the moment. My current diet makes it very hard to get them properly through nutrition, and vitamin pills are extremely painful on the tummy. Any advice? Do they make buffered multi-vitamins or what have you?

thanks for doing this, Matt.

you can also probably kill the bacteria by giving your body what it needs to fight it. You can do that through proper nutrition. As to pills that don't hurt the tummy, I had a problem with that too. My nutrition teacher gave me a multi that doesn't hurt my stomache ( ... )
