The February issue of Cook's Illustrated, the magazine subscription that I got for Christmas, arrived yesterday. I have mixed feelings about this publication. Essentially it's a combination of cooking, perfectionism and OCD. ( You are mad scientists. With $50 whisks. That is all. )
